Sheila coordinated all key operational, admin and governance activities, including supporting with bank set up; carrying out company secretarial work; supporting with all board meetings; coordinating HR (contracts, payments etc); managing finances and supporting with fundraising; supporting on GDPR compliance, and critically providing moral support and strategic advice at key junctures, which is so important for an early-stage company.
